Return & Exchange Policy At Nandi Car Accessories, we are committed to providing high-quality enhancements for your vehicle. Please note our specific policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Manufacturing Defects Only: Returns are accepted only for items with verified manufacturing defects. Timeframe: You must notify us and initiate your return within 2 (two) days of the delivery date. After this 48-hour window, we cannot process a return.

Physical Damage: We do not accept returns for any products that show signs of physical damage. This includes scratches, dents, or cracks caused by shipping, mishandling, or improper installation attempts. Installation Policy: Accessories that have been partially or fully installed, modified, or have had adhesive backing removed (unless a defect is found in the product itself) are not eligible for return.

To report a defective item: Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp or email immediately upon noticing the defect. Evidence: Provide your Order Number along with clear photos or a short video showing the manufacturing flaw. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original box with all clips, wires, and manuals included.

Once your return is received and inspected for manufacturing defects, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Payment Source: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment source (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). Alternative Details: In certain cases, or if the original payment method is unavailable, we will reach out to you to request alternate bank account details for the refund transfer. Processing Time: Please allow a standard processing window for the funds to reflect in your account once the refund is initiated.

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Nandi Car Accessories reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
